The game of Buckaroo is nearly complete. No, we haven't brought a plastic horse and slowly loaded it up with assorted plastic objects until the laws of chance throw it all off in a laugh a minute game. Instead, our Buckaroo is Hugo. As we load him up with clothes, games, books, more books, accumulated stuff, bikes, pottery I was reminded of this stupid equine game that had an interest span of about 5 minutes if you were lucky. Not only has he got everything we previously had, but now he will be adding his Christmas weight too. This is one game of Buckaroo where I hope the whole thing doesn't flip up!
I suppose I could've also used a Jenga analogy too, or Kerplunk or any other children's game, where the whole thing collapses, gives up, fails or whatever to cause mirth and laughter. If it were to happen here I think that tears would be the first order of the day.....followed by a game of Buckaroo to cheer us up!
